In a few days the cyanoacrylate will peel off. Just bandage it and keep it clean. If it starts to look weepy or gets red and inflamed (hot to the touch) start using a topical antibiotic, preferably with a bacatracin.

You need a doctor to disinfect the wound and debride it, and you probably need antibiotics. If the wound hasn't been cleaned properly sealing it up will only make the infection worse. Even if you don't lose your limb you're risking permanent nerve, tendon/ligament damage.

Acetone will dissolve the super glue (commonly sold as nail polish remover - I don't know what country you're in but I'm pretty sure that's worldwide). However, you also don't want that acetone getting into your circulatory system and it'll probably burn like a mother fucker. Anyway, it'll be easier than peeling it off.
You're probably going to need stitches, so just go to a fucking hospital and they can numb you up before removing the super glue you fucking idiot.
Spend the money, otherwise it'll end up infected if it already isn't, and then your hospital bill will just be bigger.

Managed to stop bleeding and went to the ER day after, they cleaned it and taped it shut (they didn't want to stitch it shut as after a few hours doing so increases chance for infection.)

OP, I work in an emergency department. Assuming you haven't done anything stupid yet, listen up.

First off. Go to the fucking ED and get this irrigated and wrapped appropriately. If you're worried about cost, say you can't pay, don't have information or insurance, but you need treatment. If you're worried about you're past mental health - not giving your name or giving a false name works around that. Also, unless you are a 9.41/9.49 (basically cops bring you in) you are voluntarily in the ED and they cannot keep you if you choose to leave for ANY reason. So none of that matters. You won't get put in the psych ward or anything because you are in the ED voluntarily. The doctor helping you doesn't need to know why, how, etc. you got the injury. Make up whatever you want.

It's a decently deep cut. I assume you cut yourself since you're scared of your past mental history. In which case I can also assume you're most likely not capable of cleaning it and bandaging properly. Obviously infection is the worrying point - if you clean it and keep it dry it shouldn't be too much of an issue. Bandage it well and change it daily. If the inner bandage is stuck to the skin due to clotting; leave it and only replace the outer.

You risk infection, permanent damage to the area, scarring, and other issues. GO TO THE ED and do everything I said above. I guarantee you no one will say a word. No matter what you say or do, they HAVE to help you within their abilities. They CANNOT put you in the psych ward or keep you for ANY reason if you decide to leave. They might threaten to make you leave AMA (against medical advice) but that essentially just lets the doctor off the hook if anything goes wrong.

2) Give a fake name and say you don't have any insurance information. They can't do anything regardless.

3) Don't give a name and be silent the whole time. Simply give your story to the doctor, get treated, and say nothing to anyone else in regards to your personal information, billing address/information, etc. You can still be honest here and say something like "I'm really sorry, but something stupid happened and I can't afford care. I cannot give you any personal information and I'd like to only have the doctor quickly look and treat as he deems appropriate. I don't mean to be a jerk, I'm just in a very tight situation currently."

I'd go with option 3, however they won't turn you away regardless.
