Well I'm not the biggest guy in the unit nor the smallest but I had a hard time getting into it and making it to an inside unit.
You could do with less actual physical strength because it's not what usually gets people to give up or get kicked, it's the mental strain. You have war week which is 7 days on no sleep at all accompanied by multiple teamwork tasks and problem solving, you have desperation week where you get a can of tuna for 6 people every 6 hours and you have points you have to take (tens of kilometers and hundreds of hills apart) and other stuff like that.

My team is less of a long term oriented team, Longest time i was undercover is 9 days and most of it I've spent in an abandoned barn lol.
It's a hit and run unit I am in. We get in and get out. Drones / Mashtapim (Arabs who rat out people or they get arrested) / long term units are the ones pointing us to the target and we extract it on the spot. Takes less than a week. Usually 3-5 days.
So No I never had that situation before.
