I went to the doc for depression and was diagnosed bipolar.3 years later at work i had a mental breakdown on my boss who was basically making every day a living hell and fucking with me.He would change my schedule almost daily fucking my sleep up(working 10 hours instead of 8,closing the store at 2am and then going back in at 6am for a 8 hour shift)falsifiing paperwork so shit would fall on me.I was on ativan in the hospital for a week,they kept me on that but it wasnt helping as much as it used too.Settled on xanax and its worked since.Im on other meds for the bipolar but anxiety and sleep, xanax works wonders.

I was diagnosed about two years ago with general anxiety disorder, but had been pretty fine not taking anything (minus a few drinks each night) up until recently, when I started having panic attacks. Went to the doctor and he put me on Lexapro (5mg) and Ativan (.5 pills). Recently bumped Lexapro up to 10mg dosage and still have ativan if I need something in the short term, I usually only take one of the .5 when I wake up with the Lexapro, as I really don't won't the horrible withdrawal I've heard benzo's can give. Also seeing a therapist for cognitive behavioral therapy so I can hopefully stop worrying (cause of panic is constant fear of heart attack / death).

Go see someone and help yourself. For the longest time I didn't want medication because I thought it was a negative thing, but now I realize that if it's necessary to balance me out to normal, i really don't care if others think it's bad.

.5mg total? You might feel a little more relaxed. I dont like the "high" from xanax at all but the handfull of times I've taken them, a 2mg bar seems to be the minimum for a recreational dose. Even then, its not enjoyable, its like getting drunk without beer. You just fall asleep early.

If you wanna get messed up big time get a hold of some good poppy seeds. Sincerely nuts brand on amazon is cheap and generally extremely potent. 4 ounces of seed made into a tea is enough to get me high for 24-30 hours no joke.

Potency varies greatly so you MUST be careful. It is opium(morphine) and you can die from too much. I've had some seeds where 16 ounces will barely give you a buzz and others where 3 ounces of seeds will have me waking up the next day with a nice euphoric(tips fedora) feel and tiny pupils for several more hours.
