meh, it's definitely not good and yeah I admit it's way more than it should be. it used to effect me negatively in more ways but I think my body has just gotten used to it tbh. recovery time used to be much longer. funny how the body works like that. sometimes it makes thinking harder the next day and it makes me feel dumber but then I heal, I mean, anything you do has recovery time and will make you dumber, even drinking every weekend.

220mg may or may not be a lot, it definitely varies on your source, I've had 100mg of good stuff that's way more potent than 300mg. Street MDMA varies so heavily and one batch may not be as good or may be different than the others.
Really good, strong MDMA from my experience will have MUCH worse negative side effects the next day. Crappy MDMA just left me super depressed and sleepless and good MDMA doesn't do that.
I've probably dropped M about 100 nights if I had to guess.

The above plus weed, alcohol, meth, PCP, coke, nutmeg, DPH. Don't care for any of those that much though. Weed's ok when mixed with certain other drugs but no fun by itself. DPH is fine in low, sedative doses mixed with DXM but not fun by itself or in deliriant doses. Nutmeg just gave me acute jaundice/liver failure. Didn't feel shit from coke. PCP was alright, but I would only trust very few sources, the shit that Mexican gangs sling would never get put into my body.
