MorphVox pro is probably your best bet, it's easy to use and preconfigured pretty well (Automated voice pitching etc via voice doctor on the filters of female voices) torrent that, you want to write a pre-defined script first so you can follow it do the recording in one stage cutting shit together is messy work

most laptop mic's will sound like a phone, ambient noises like insects, dogs, cars, kids, tree's rustling as well as footsteps are great to add in as background audio, again try to do it in one cut and add the effects in with an audio editor after but be careful to not use anything that is highbit rate or it won't sound right without fucking with fading channels etc

To start, with pics/ posts of twit mcPerpface alongside those of accounts belonging to underaged girls who have interacted with him recently, i can create a facsimile collage showing messages and replies.
By reverse tracing his emai we could obtain what is most likely one of several shell accounts leading to the real account. After obtaining the real account, scam a password reset out of the provider. If gmail we could track what phones used that account and narrow down his location.
Then by creative suggestions and real investigation we would be able to make him think we are really watching him.
If he thinks we know who and where he is, he will be much more willing to send 30k to get rid of the "evidence" we have.
The only problem is he's likely some oldfag or immigrantfag who will just shove off and create a new system, leaving this one in place long enough for investigators to waste resources but not long enough to make an arrest.
