Three pizzas =/= <2000 calories. One slice is probably 500-1000 calories. A better example would be having a burger/fries/coke as one meal and then NOTHING else for the rest of the day, in comparison to eating 4-6 smaller, healthier meals in the day. I work in Penn station, in a kitchen as big as a bathroom, and I'm working with below autist-levels of moron.

I know this because I'm the autist, and their manager, who is apparently responsible for getting these stoners and methheads together to make subs for the elderly and hipsters.

For whatever reason, we have a labor percentage tracker that if it goes up beyong 17-18 percent, the manager can get written up. This means that when the labor is about 16-17 I can't stay on the clock, and have to clock out, sit down in the lobby, and delegate without being paid.

I'm making about $8 an hour, but in a 5 or 6 hour shift, I'll only make about 3-4 hours with the way this works.

I've got 85 hours on my biweekly schedule, and am only able to be paid for 45 biweekly with this system.

US department of labor can't do anything, because unless he admits to it, they can't do anything because he goes back after he's paid us and alters the time clock histories.
