Not familiar with anytrans, I use eppb pro, paid edition.

In order to acquire anything it needs to be part of the backup. If she has messages set to not backup then you won't find any.

not all password requirements are the same. icloud for example requires a capitalized letter and some require symbols and shit while others don't. so while her e-mail and icloud password might not be the exact same, chances are they are very similar. so try her icloud password on her e-mail account without any caps or symbols or whatever
