Better than Pokemon in my opinion
>>719822474

>>719822474
You have good tastes OP, This is my favorite also.
I like league and elderscrolls a lot, but Id have to say this one allows the most limitless fun. This game has hit a sandboxing world pretty much perfectly, really excited for bannerlord
>>719826081
man what a U turn they did in Jak 2
On phone and no quick pic available but
Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time
>>719826203
I know right, was definitely not expecting it.
>>719824444
this
also nice quads
>>719822995
Never played any final fantasy games, is it worth getting into now?
>>719825097
I actually think the second was better than the first. Infinite trumps all, no questions asked, but I felt like 2 was more my speed anyway.
>>719827126
Really, I preferred the pacing of the first one more than two. Also I liked the first more than all of them.
Not anon by the way
I absolutely loved this game. First RPG I really ever played, and it hooked me for life.
I didn't think Final Fantasy 1 or the original Dragon Quest (warrior) that I played later held a candle to it.
Close runner up would be Ultima VI
>>719826081
Fucking love Jak 3
>>719826081
love this shit
>>719822474loved every minute of this game. Not flawless but pretty damn close for me.
>>719828479
Never played it, guessing you would recommend it?
>>719822474
I got bored of colossus after the 4thh or 5th fight....
>>719828908
Absolutely. Loved everything from combat to the story to the music. And I would highly recommend all the DLC aswell since they add so much more.
>>719822474
Big bang theory eh? My girlfriend has it on here too.
Baldur's Gate II
>>719830987
I have it but never played it should I?
>>719831637
I posted it in the "favorite game of all time" thread, do you think i would recommend it?
yes, obviously
>>719826081
I would let a nigger assfuck me for a 4th game
Sunked in so many fucking hours into this it was amazing
>>719830987
>>719831637
2nd this, its good. combos are ... different. you'll get the hang of them eventually.
>>719824758
wanted this so badly
>>719831812
i asked the same thing to a guy like a week or 2 back

>>719833034
Beat that game, and got the achievement for not shooting anyone, fuck that was hard. Fired only a single shot, required mission to shoot out a trucks engine. Didn't even shoot the servers when it told me to, ran around letting enemies try to shoot me until they took out their own computers.

Posting a Conker game that isn't Bad Fur Day. Pathetic.

I was really bored one day and I decided to map out the entire metro system. It was pretty satisfying.
>>719822474
nice choice anon, but i like skyrim
>>719834498
Metro creep'd me out, loved it though. So many shit going on down there.
>>719834638
I don't care what anyone says. Skyrim is truly one of the greatest games ever made.

/thread
>>719833989
You should give it a try, you'll love it but I don't know how you might feel towards the old graphics
>>719835157
I've never seen it in a store, and I'm not having any luck in my usual online sources. Somewhat hampered by the fact that the title is such a common word in many game titles.
man of all time... probably final fantasy 7. that game taught me more than any other, the grinding, the hard work for the best stuff, even though you didn't need it. The love stories, it had it all
Deus Ex too, the morals part is high on the list.
Diablo 2 for the sheer grinding, that taught me to work hard.
Then it all goes back to mission thunderbolt for strategy, I learned to read from that game.
I loved elder scrolled morowind, skyrim, fallout 3, fallout 4, and borderlands 1 and 2 but they just didn't shape me like the other.
And I play LOL, because I have cancer.
>>719833467
It's a... interesting concept. Graphics were a bit dated, even when it was released. Some novel concepts, but basically all there is is the single player story. Gameplay wasn't anything groundbreaking, if I remember right.
>>719835489
Also, is Steam down for anyone else? Can't log in.
>>719822474
your dad's nutsack from the perspective of you as a 3 yr old is a lousy game.
>i hope no one makes fun of me and calls me a faggot
I play a lot of counterstrike, halo 3, halo 4, and call of duty, but those games passed time and was fun with friends, they didn't have personality shaping substance.
>>719835542
FF7 man, the feeling when you finally ground your way up to that treasured gold chocobo, and collected your Knights of the Round materia...priceless.
My favorite game. Already put 3000+ hours into it
>>719834776
With the DLC, the game was so easy; just got the armor from Operation Anchorage, and the Alien weapons from Mothership Zeta and I was set for the whole game. Being op completely nullified the creepy factor.
>>719835962
You are a terrible excuse for a human being. Be an hero.
>>719822793
Have you seen Game Grumps play this, pretty fucking good time
Was my first mmorpg from child. I fucking love that game and fucking hate it how it is right now. They ruined it since runescape 2 came out. I lost my account. I don't remember how but it's been many years. I would pay to have it back. Nice memories of this game.
>>719836079
I sunked into it before the dlc but you do have a point. Always loved Bethesda because you can just get off and go, than do the main story.
first videogame i ever played, still play at least an hour a week
my god, the tony hawk games from thps3 to american wasteland is what i was raised on
>>719826271
fucking agree
>>719835880
I did pretty much everything, other than get to level 99 legit. I think I was around level 90 when I moved on, all the gil, all the armor and items, all the farmed max stats with the steal materia to get the stuff to up your stats....
its a valuable lessons, getting the best stuff takes a lot of time and effort.
Also the story, like the evil shinra super corperations, yes, thats like life today.
>>719826538
Second
>>719836733

Game's on sale via steam atm.
Short, difficult, and fun.

it was after the feast, thats all i remember
I played hours upon hours of this game. Straight through youth to teens. I miss the days of hoping on and gaming with buddies all night. Life goes on I guess
>>719837721
who's your favorite character in the game? I personally love Kate
>>719825827
I love you
>>719822474
>>719838007
Loved her, but... couldn't save her, felt bad because of that for the rest of the game
>>719837556
You could probably beat it in less than an hour if you learn where everything is, and how to beat the bosses without taking a hit. First run, it just depends on how good / shit you are at platforming games like shovel knight.
I'm trash, so the game was fun and super hard.
>>719824758
Wish i still had a 3ds to play that game
>>719825097
First was better. Infinite still top tier.
A man chooses, a slave obeys. First game wins on level design.
>>719838232
I actually related with Kate a lot on many things, so yeah....
who's your favorite character?
>no battle toads
rip /b/
>>719828479
Objectively the best
Ocarina of time > bioshock > portal 2 > undertale
If they put this on the 3DS eShop, it'd blow my balls off. My first RPG, unforgettable soundtrack, overall good storyline.

>>719836391
holy shit i loved those games when i was a kid
>>719838815
Had some pure destructive fun with that back in the day. Nothing like a fuel/air bomb on-demand to brighten one's day.
>>719832453
Yup. Staple for 10 years
Can't pick 1, top in no order
Burnout 3
Tony Hawks American Wasteland
Perfect Dark
Resident Evil 4
Halo 2

The replayability of that game is literally infinite. You will be able to pick up that game 20 years from now and still have an enjoyable experience.

Its like a bucket of legos. Yeah, you can have tons of fun with it. I've made some cool stuff. But its not going to stick with you for years like something with a powerful story and fascinating setting.
>>719840919
Bravo.
>>719840951
Play the rest of the game when you can, all the 4 episodes in a day/night if possible, one of the best experiences of my life.

DEWDICAYDEWD WAM
Either this, THUG 2, Simpsons Hit and Run, or SSB Wii U.
Pic related was one of my first video games and I still love playing it.
>>719838164
Honestly my childhood right here. Fucking amazing game.
>>719841161
I strongly disagree. If your a creative person, the possibilities in that game are literally endless, I'm an obsessive compulsive, so i love so much to meticulously put every block in it's place.
Holy shit the fucking atmosphere in this game was orgasmic.
>>719840951
And also, Borderlands 2
Best co-op game ever made
>>719841161
I mean i've been playing since 1.3.2, so like 4 years? When you get tired of survival and creative, if that ever happens, took me 2 years to, you can download adventure maps with stories of up to 10 hours, there are thousands of them, then you have texture and sound packs, shaders, and a crap-ton of mods. On my longest running survival game i was running 102 mods, a 512x photorealistic texture pack and SEUS shaders. It was around 1.4.6 and 1.5.2, damn i had a good time. Mods like IndustrialCraft, BuildCraft, Twilight Forest, Equivalent Exchange, a whole new damn experience.
