Anyone else in the same boat as me? I've been smoking fairly regularly for 4 years now and I've found that since I've started my life has improved considerably. Not that it's a good thing, but it certainly has helped get me to where I'm at.

5 years back I was a 16 year old good for nothing runescape nolifer that had to drop out of high school and move to a boarding school. After I moved, I started smoking quite regularly because I was bored af and everybody was doing it. It really started a self improvement phase in my life and kept me reflecting on myself a lot more than previously. I started going to the gym and taking schoolwork more seriously as well as picking up the guitar.

Now I'm at an ivy league with a 4.0 gpa after my first semester (top in my class of 160), I'm fit, can play guitar, have stopped playing vidya, and have gotten loads of women in the process. I still smoke regularly, but have figured it's soon time to stop and I'm slowly cutting down.

I won't lie and say weed isn't psychologically addictive, because it is. After you've been accustomed to a routine of smoking weed it's hard to get off it, even though it's only the first couple of days that are difficult. Nevertheless, I haven't experienced intellect issues or any of that sort as a result of it. I reckon if it weren't for the insight I gained from weed, I wouldn't be where I am now, and I'm happy with where I am now. Take what I say with a grain of salt, there are many people whose laziness is amplified because of weed. But if you can control it and use it for insight, it can be quite therapeutic.

An alcohol addiction, on the other hand, is practically a death sentence.
