In Florida lien holder can have your car repoed after missing just one payment and they don't have to notify you ro take you to court. Ffurther more if your insurance lapses they can put VSI insurance on the car without your permission and tack that on to your loan with out notification. It's expensive and will raise your ballance quickly. Also putting your car in the garage isn't going to stop it from getting repoed. If they know the car is in the garage they will go get a writ of replevin with a break order and the cops will open the garage
