Looks like gum disease to me OP, rather than simply rotten teeth, the gums get fucked up, and bone can recede the teeth become loose.

You need to brush twice every day and floss once everyday, the gum disease can be halted and even reversed in early stages.

Change your diet to only eating healthy foods, and by healthy foods I mean no milk or man made bullshit. Fresh veges and fruit etc. Try to get a smoothie machine and dump a whole bunch of good stuff into it every single time, like berries, fruits, vitamins still contained in their base forms, spirulina powder, and don't forget to add psyllium husk or some other fibrous/slippery substance, this makes your shits perfect so that most of the time you dot even have to wipe.
You need to try and remineralize your teeth, do some research on remineralization and fat soluble vitamins etc. If bones can heal, teeth can too eh?

Because of the location of the decay on your teeth I can tell you just from that picture most of those teeth will need to be extracted. You past the gum line and starting to get into your jaw bone. The long you wait to come in, the worse it will be. You could easily be looking at a bone graph to replace the jaw that is being destroyed by bacteria. I can give you a time line on that as I don't know how long it took you to develop that much decay.

As I said most will need to be pulled, and you have a few options after that. You can do dental implants, where a post is implanted in your jaw and a new tooth is placed. Or you can do a bridge. Depending on the strength of the teeth you have left that may or may not be an option. Your best option imo is a full upper denture. This is also by far the lest expensive. Each implant can run upwards of 2,000.
