The swiss is always on my keychain, it's the most basic model, just a blade and the can opener.
The opinel is one of my first, and still one of my favorites. Used to edc it, mostly use it in the kitchen nowadays.
The Candiru has been my edc for the past ~2 years, it's my most expensive one (yurop, cost me around $100), but it's worth it. Super comfy to hold, barely notice it in my pocket, stays sharp, easy to maintain, and non threatening for tards that see any blade as a weapon instead of a tool.

All of my knives are in tge kitcgen, but I've a cleaver for chopping, a couple of big carving knives, a couple of smaller filleting knives and a bread knife. I've done fruit knives, a few different cheese knives and some French steak knives, finally I have a set of everyday knives which come with matching forks and spoons. I don't carry them everyday as all of the restaurants I go to give you cutlery when you order.
