I live in Australia and I don't often eat at restaurants , but I am happy that I don't have to tip , I have the choice to leave a $5 or $10 note in the staff tip jar at the end of the meal if I was really happy with the food and service , but I am happy to pay more for the food in general as the cost goes towards paying that entry level job that is the wait staff.
