Im sound today but let me say fucking something.. if you are especially prone to anxiety and or depression and fall into a downward spiral get away. its no joke and i still struggle to some extent. I stopped binge drinking in october, and now i occasionally drink but its not worth my time due to the scarring memories i made with alcohol. seriously, you wanna get to so desperate you drink hand sanitizer or mouth wash to catch a buzz and avoid withdrawal? because it becomes a game of keep up. the withdrawals are tremors, sweats, hallucinations, anxiety, beyond my wildest imagination. You can try to taper, have one less drink each time than you usually would, like I said, try, I can't do it.
