Here's my advice to anyone reading this -

If you can manage, stay off drugs and alcohol.

If you do this, you will be at peak performance and enjoy your life 9001x more ... refraining from drugs and alcohol will make you more in tune with your body and life. You will have way more ideas and be just as happy if not more. You'll have more energy and be able to focus. Also you'll have WAY more money.

I'll still smoke weed and drink alcohol socially but seldom. I have grown out of the novelty drugs provide.
