I don't use Social Media (ie. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) because it's mostly a clandestine market survey engine that scoops you data, sells it off to marketing and advertising firms, generating a consumer profile, all to convince you that you should buy all of the shit you don't need.

I started a Facebook profile in 2013 to expose a drug dealer and corrupt lawyer and near instantly had my profile falgged as fake. Imagine, I'd like to remain anonymous bacause the lawyer and rug dealer I was exposing, both of them have been implicated in assaulting and threatening anyone who threatened to expose their money making/laundering/criminal scheme. And these two also have ties to the 'Pervert of Pot' Marc Scott Emery, who is a rapist and child predator.
