This is the part of your post that I dislike. In which third world country do you live in that you would need to physically fight? I have had a few fights in my life and one thing I learned is that the damage is permanent. The scars from stitches never went away, dislocated jaw reminds me of itself from time to time. I can't seem to be happy. I don't mean depression or anything, but when my life is absolutely great, when I've got some free time off or whatever I always spend it obsessing over whether I am ill, whether symptom x is disease y. I've been doing it since I was 5 years old, and it is honestly really draining.

Also, I'm not one to complain about girls, as I've never had much of a problem about them or cared that much, but even after years and a fair few relationships there's still one girl I think about every day. Global warming isn't going to "wipe humanity". All it's going to do is just make attaining Freedom - not "liberty", but real, tenable freedom, i.e. having strong agency over your own life - so expensive that the vast majority of the population won't be able to afford it.
We've been seeing the affordability of Freedom slowly get worn down over the past 3-4 decades already. This process is only going to accelerate as overpopulation and ever-increasing migration keeps wrecking havoc on strained resource networks.

Without drastic change, war or revolution, by ~2050 over half the "first world" population will be wage slaves. By ~2100 that number will climb to over 90%.
It'll be digital feudalism. The cyberpunk dystopia is real.
