Op, in my personal opinion this looks like md. Only way to find out if it is, is to do some. I'd recommend snorting a little line just to test it. Even if it isn't md, it is 100% still going to give you a rush and you'll still have a good time. It's almost completely impossible to be 100% certain that what you are taking is definitely what it was sold as. So there is always going to be a risk regardless.
