How many mg? If only 5 then go get a medical soda from the dispensery. If more than 10 then put some music on. Expect it to take about an hour with minimal physical activity. If you want it to work faster do some push or whatever you do for exercise.

they kick in after an hour depending on how much you ate and when you last ate. Should be nice and high for 2-6 hours. For me, when aan edible starts to hit my legs feel weird, then it slowly works its way up. After about an hour, you'll feel different, you'll look at things and watch things and know you're getting there. when you do finally get there, the edible will hit you like a ton of bricks

Edibles have to digest to get you high. This can take several hours really. And the buzz comes on slowly but STRONGLY.

In an hour you may begin to feel the first effects (this is where people either tend to think it's not working or they aren't high enough then they eat more). 2nd hour likely feeling much stronger. 3rd hour your buzz should be rolling full steam.... and the high lasts longer with 8 hour buzzes being common.

The common noob mistake is to think it's not working after about an hour and eat a shit ton of them and wind up getting so blazed it's uncomfortable and they have to sleep it off for 12 hours.

I used to use a half oz of dank mids (but not top shelf, you're being wasteful to ever use top shelf for cooking, in fact, it's a great way to use commercial shit weed) per pan of brownies. I'd cut the pan into 9 brownies and ONE of those was a very strong 8-10 hour high. Though everyone who had one wanted 2 or 3 but by the time the high got rolling full speed, they realized it would have been way too much.

Also note that to make edibles you WILL be using way more weed per buzz than smoking, it's not a financially conservative way to consume weed like a one hitter. Likely with a couple g's worth of weed per brownie if you did it right.

And it's a couch-lockier high. I think best suited for a solo day off where you're just chilling and playing vidya and watching tv. Or maybe for just a chill day with your gf at home.

In my opinion edible pot products aren't best suited for trips, adventures, and going out with friends; it's just too couch-locky. I would say taking it orally tends to compound the couch locky effects doubly, it also lasts MUCH longer. A full high for 8 hours. Not like a buzz for 1 hour and light effects for maybe 2 more like smoking.

In my opinion, I like smoking more. A briefer buzz and easier to control how high you get (with edibles you just have to guess and it's easy to eat too much and be *too* high). Also I like the sativa that gives you an upbeat functional buzz, I'm less of a fan of the couchlocky weed (any edibles will couchlock the shit out of you).
