Except for Israel Keyes. That guy was flat out frightening. Most serial killers have some kind of pattern. They either have a preferred method for killing, or a preferred method for choosing a victim, or a preferred area, etc... Keyes was far more intriguing. The amount of prep-work he did and the rules he established made him out to be very frightening. Had he stuck to his rules, he probably could've continued for years and nobody would have even suspected that the murders were connected.
