The surgery was so fucking expensive, it wasn't worth it. Every time I meet a pre op tranny, or person suffering from gender dysphoria, I tell them to NOT go for the lyringoplasty. It's painful, immensely costly, takes a long time to recover, and you have troubles breathing. The voice therapy was very helpful but I can never have a male's voice again.
