Brenden Frasier has lost his looks. He's became a plain looking chunky, balding, middle aged man. Though this may be fine if he was Joe Schmo the accountantant, being fat and ugly usually don't work for Hollywood. Particularly if one of your main selling points was your looks.

One more thing. Brenden Frasier at the absolute height of his career, which must have been something like 96-99, was B list at best. His acting frequently wasn't very good and it was often bad (I know most of you guys saw him in shit as kids which sort of contorts how you view things). And also he was always in like mediocre kids movies or comedies, he was never a serious action or dramatic star (and don't you dare counter argue that by bringing up the Mummy).

He was a mediocre actor who was once a handsome man and he's lost his looks, so his acting career is over... Sort of like the male equivalent of Heather Graham.
