I used to be a pretty significant fatass. Dropped around 50 pounds over the course of a year of dedicated diet and exercise. Shit honestly isn't that hard if you have the motivation.

Admittedly I tend to let things go a little bit when life gets crazy (not enough to get even remotely as fat) but I always hop back into the groove of things when I'm able.

There's literally no reason not to work out regularly, shit legitimately feels great and helps with so many things. As far as diet cutting out snacking and junk food and sticking to three squares a day, ideally mostly protein with enough diversity to hit your food groups, is enough to get the ball rolling.

Being fat is a choice for 99% of people, never lose hope that you can change things anons.
