Live in vancouver, no international airport in victoria so u will have to fly into Vancouver (YVR) and take the ferry to Victoria. Most of the clubs in vancouver are located downtown on Granville. Not hard to find. Lotsa of places to eat. google the rest.

It helps to have a lot of money to throw around in Victoria but most chicks here are poor and stupid so its all about how much effort vs how much money you want to spend.
