The union favors seniority way too much, so if you're a new guy you basically live there until your co-workers retire, get fired, have an accident or just retire. They don't seem to understand how lead dust works, everything is supposed to be on vacuum tables and shit but we put them on carts and wheel them around into non-ventilated areas and the only vacuum table is like 1 foot deep and 4 foot wide and that's all we got. Needless to say everybody's blood lead is off the charts and everybody is probably going to get the cancer now.
