the study of music. i bought books and apps to learn music theory, train my ear and start composing.

i also have been playing guitar for 12 years now, but until i started studying music i didn't really know what i was doing, i just copied other musicians. now it all starts to make sense and it is very satisfying.

I started boxing. Being tired and feeling my muscles hurt really did help me, a bit at least.
Its 2 days a week where I can feel like I at least did something worthwhile today, even if I´m still failing at most other things.
