Cold water extraction is a classic way to get high of Codeine or other opiates while filtering out all the fillers. T1's are cheap as shit in Canada and OTC. Just go to a pharmacy or what have you, ask for a bottle of T1s and you are good to go. They MAY ask for ID and they may make you wait 15 minutes to "fill" the order. It is basically getting high on opiates.

As for Salvia, don't go to convenience stores. Go to head shops/porn stores. Most will carry Salvia, various stimulants and or spice. Just don't talk about smoking/inhaling it in those stores.


If you want another cheap ish option, buy yourself a box of "whip cream" chargers off Amazon/from local cooking supply store. These are just Nitrous oxide. Take a standard party balloon, fill with NOS, inhale and exhale into the balloon, get high as shit repeat. Very little risk with that one.

Super easy to grow, just add lots of water and some fertilizer, then forget about it.

It contains about 1% DMT per gram (dried), and one good DMT trip is 40mg. So you will need 4 grams of dried grass for a trip. You have to extract the DMT though, as smoking grass is not really good. Just use acetone or vodka for the extraction, super easy.

Codeine IS addictive. Not quite as addictive as Oxy or Fentanyl, or any number of harder to acquire legally narcotics. If this is a couple times thing then why not try it? It isn't like fucking heroin or meth or something. It is codeine. Thats why T1s ate sold OTC, same with a couple cough syrups that contain codeine (protip all other Canada legal cough syrups are bunk. Go to a shoppers drug mart and ask for cough syrup with codeine, the store brand).

As for NOS here is what you need to know. Huff a balloon of the shit and you will get all giggly and it feels like your body weighs nothing but super heavy at the same time. It is a strange experience. You get kinda light headed and your vision blurs. But the "high" the most intense parts, will only last for a short while. Then, when you come down, you feel pretty good for about 10 or so minutes. Everybody says it is dangerous ect. Yeah if you sit in a corner with a 24 box of charges and huff one after another you can get hypoxic (blue lips and shit like you aren't breathing) but that is because you are not getting enough oxygen. As for the whole heart issues, unless you once again, go through shit loads of NOS it won't really effect you. Huffing a can or two from the local grocery store is fairly safe. Getting charges online is normally less than 2 bucks a charge.In fact, if you look around online you can get them for about 1$ a charge of less. Going local will bump the price to around 1.50. A 24 or 48 pack will last you a weekend unless you turn into a whippet fiend. Don't be that guy. Do 1 or 2 an hour and enjoy them.
