I have no one source, but I have the same problem as you (not nearly as bad) and have done thorough research on the topic of kegels - a lot of reddit discussions helped me get a grip on the technique. A standard kegel is where you flex the muscle between your asshole and your nutsack, you can feel it with your finger to help you start. Its the same muscle you would use to stop the flow of urine. A reverse kegel is supposedly equally important but much more difficult to isolate - its in some sense the opposite, you flex the muscle used to push urine out. I would do more research on kegels if I were you. Ive been somewhat dedicated for a few weeks now and am noticing a more active dick in general...more morning wood..more random erections..
