First. Sorry for my bad english

1. Check pillreport.com
It wil give you å hint to what kind of pill you have and what the roll wil be like. (But not a 100%, for that you woul like to order a test kit)
2. Do it with your closest of friends and in å enviroment you feel comfterable in. You wil most likley have a good time anyways as people rarly bad trip taking mdma. But you wil have a bryter time doing it when you are all relaxed beforehand
3. To prevent some chewing.. take two magnesium tablets if you have them. One early in the day and one one-two hours beforehand. Also, dont chew bubble gum as it wil only make you chew more. Lollipop, posickle and fruit is fantastic while rolling.
3. Dont forget to drink water. Mdma raises the body temperature by 2-3 degrees. So lots of water, just dont over do it either.
4. Listen to music, it wil pulsate trough your body like you have never felt before. And are you lucky to gave a grill.. or guy friend you can cuddle with, go for it. Sex is also awesome if you can get youself to do it tho.
5. And last, moderation is key.
