What does /b/ drive?
I'm curious, I imagine most of /b/ to be busriders, prove me wrong
my daily is a 09 SI
my summer/project is a 04 S2K
Nice, how is it off road?
my CX-3 2.0L AWD
AWD hatch is pretty good in Canada tbh, especially on the multiple goddamn hills here, not having FWD is a blessing
1997 Ford F-350 7.3 PowerStroke. Also know as the riced out farm truck
Well the from the '16 on they don't have a single cab at all anymore. That's the direction the market's going unfortunately for some. So you can only get a new Tacoma with the extended or double cab.
I haven't done much except for some fairly easy crawling around. It's the first new vehicle I've ever owned (last was an '04 4runner) so I'm kind of babying it for a while
Wait they killed single cab? FUCK don't force me to buy a goddamned Colorado. I don't get he pickup truck market at all. The new ones also have the truck bed like 4ft in the goddamned air for no reason.
Right? Mid size trucks are so damn heavy now that they need a V-8 or a diesel which I'd kill for (along with a lot of Tacoma owners). The problem is our emissions regulations.
I'm actually already debating trading in for Tundra little bit down the road...I just really want a V8
here's an old pic of 2 of my shitboxes
240sx has a Type-X kit & is getting painted in a month
Camaro has a 6.0 LSx being built for boost at my buddies garage, but still looking for a T56 for it
also I have to say every new Mazda I see is pretty good looking, they've really revamped the brand. Even the new Miata looks fucking sick and If I had a lot of disposable income I'd have one for fun
>i will never drive anything but a toyota
Best 4x4 i've ever had. Pictured is one of my two .. bought it stock, slowly changing it over to a better equipped offroad vehicle. Suspension lift is next.
I'm not necessarily a huge brand loyalist, if I was going for a full size truck it'd be hard to pick between the new Silverados/Sierras and the Tundra, but my first car I bought was a Camry. Traded that for a 4runner, then finally the Tacoma. I've never had a single issue with any of them other than the normal wear parts
'11 charger. blacked out grille, wheels, tail light. Bought the film tail light tint so it looks professional. In my opinion it makes the chargers tail lights look like a more exotic car.
Incase you were calling me out
2015 mazda 6 manual
I've heard that it needs some tuning and active fuel management disabling (on the more modern ones) to help the performance, but the 5.3 has been around for a while and it's fucking rock solid reliable.
What are you implying me to think it's special? The name? The model? It is or it isn't a fucking "F150", "Lobo" or "whatever the fuck you want to call it if you are understanding what I said and prefer to be a piece of shit instead of answering my fucking question"?
I've gotten 25mpg with this truck and I've also pulled trailer loads of shit with it. It's efficient when I'm cruising and powerful enough to haul shit when I need it to. I think 5.3l is pretty solid.
How insecure does one have to be to run out and take this picture "in case" they were getting called out.
We now understand why you have that car. Money doesn't change whether one is an alpha or a beta.............
Dodge Dakota 06, v8 engine, and lifted in the front.
This is a reliable vehicle and fuck whoever says otherwise.
AusFag here. Holden Commodore VF series 1. Only tuned to 454kW (just over 600hp) at the real wheels to preserve the rest of the car. Wasn't doing to supercharge it originally but I'm dumb and I've got money.
With all the apps now with accurate times, why would anyone bother driving a car?
fuck all you cagers.
You fuckers destroy the environment. Seriously retarded.
My car. Looks a lot better now with the new paint job and suicide doors.
They're an icon here in Australia for the redneck version of Australians. I simply love that I can take my family out, drive to work on the weekdays and hit the track on the weekends with the same car. They're cheap, powerful and it's not likely to get stolen haha
i learned to drive on an '03 forester, loved it. So now i got the '04, better trim package than the one i learned on, and stick shift naturally.
it's everything i want basically, it's got room enough to be useful but doesn't look as style-less as most small suvs, still has enough power to be fun on the highway and then you can bomb it down a mud track too
My car. It's comfortable and it's paid for. It's probably older than most of you.
196k on mine right now. I drive 46 miles to work. Fuck thats 92 round trip. Shes a deer slayer. 5 deer, $3000+ in damages from deer alone all totaled up from the years. I live in an area with a lot of white tailed deer.
U get a lot heat for your ridgeline? A lot of people shit talk it online.
>Work in shop
>Guy buys one
>Immediately comes to my shop to put on cheap ass chinese rims
>me and my buddy's face when we resist the urge to tell him there are already shitty asian wheels on his car
>also our face when he calls his buddy with the old ridgeline and has us put the old rims on that one
I'm sure you drive it 10 miles under the speed limit and stop completely before you make turns as well. I live in the country so I see these huge-for-no-reason trucks everywhere with people completely unable to drive it. It's like you all think you're pulling 30 foot trailers.
Meanwhile I'm rock crawling in my first gen Tacoma that'll last a lot longer, be worth much more at 400k miles and is actually practical to drive to work.
Brand new land cruiser Prado. . In the usa it's a lexus.. here in Australia it's got low range and diesel engine
What power do those things put out at the wheels? We only recently got them in Australia and CBF looking them up. In the few runs I've had with them, they seem awefully slow..
I live in a small town as well with an astonishing amount of big dick trucks. It's like driving half the speed limit, lack of indicator use, and cutting people off is their favorite past time.
Solid 8/10 bro it needs a blower and a set of trail lights
I only realised they're a 5L, Shows how much attention I pay to Ford stuff. That goes alright then. You going to leave it stock? I tried leaving my 6L stock but knowing there's so much more potential I had to modify.
Had to send her to the big sky garage a while back. Was a good vehicle though.
