Ok /b/, I have a genuine question here
I'm looking for a game that lets me do the following things
>gather resources
>craft said resources into goods
>sell said goods to other players
>doesnt require the player to grind day in day out monsters for leveling
>has quests that give decent scaling XP based on your level so leveling isnt too much of a chore and is enjoyable
>a USA/Canada only server so I wont have to deal with non-english and non-french speaking players
my price range is about 45$

Have you tried Guild Wars 2? It has scaling missions and a very interesting crafting system, you should check it out.
The only bad thing is that it restricts some functions from you if you don't own the expansion that came out about a month ago
