On the bright side I think ARD is still an option.
You'll get 6months to a year probation, some community service and some faggot traffic school for 16hrs if you get ARD.
It'll be about 2k out of pocket. Oh and 2 months with no DL.

Without ARD you'll go to jail for 30 to 90 days, a year of probation and a year without a license. Or some shit like that. I had ARD so I'm not 100%.

Yeah OP, the lawyer thing doesn't work. He had probable cause to suspect that you were drinking and arrested you for that. When I got my last DUI I took no sobriety test, or blood tests. Before you ask, yes I had a good Lawyer, but the 10 grand I paid just got me out of jail time, didn't expunge it from my record.

What really sucks is every single future employer you will ever come in contact with will see this felony on your record and will use it as a judge of character.

Cops try to get you to talk so they can claim your speech was slurred. Don't consent to any test. Although that's iffy, some states refusal to consent is worse than your first conviction.
