The shit!! didnt get to post cause of image limit last thread
Does anyone remember these little toys that came in blind bags, and you had to toss the bag/pouch thing into hot water so it could melt away, revealing which figure you got? It's been driving me fucking nuts
anyone ever have an online girlfriend?
>biiiiig baaaad beetleborgs biiiig baaad beetleborgs!
Yep. I remember those.
I got a bunch of things driving me mad.
Tiny tiny colored ninjas in different poses that were like the cheapest prize at arcade/chuckycheese.
an isometric strategy war game where you control one person and have to time actions with enemies' field of view.
The touch interface makes me anxious...
Trash Bag Bunch? I know a few other toy lines had the dissolving bag gimmick but these are the only ones I'd get.
I always wanted to learn more about each character, their motivations, their lives before they met [spoiler] (not gonna ruin it for those who haven't played it) and the force changed forever.
I wanted to engage with NPCs, and that's a rare thing in games. I wanted to look around each planet more and more, learn about its history, especially Manaan. That music on Manaan! It was relaxing, I'd go first person and look out to the endless ocean surface and want to discover more. That game and its sequel were so awesome, I wish there more games like these!
looked like windex, tasted not that great actually, but it came and went in a pretty good period in my life and frankly speaking.. a pretty good period in the american economy. will always remember it fondly.
the white one that appeared briefly on the shadowborg miniseries was my favorite.
Ultima Online, almost 20 years later and I still go play it on free shards sometimes.
this ones for all the band and orchestra geeks
lets remember some stuff we forgot about band
>cute flute players and colorguard
>cramped buses full of hormonal teenagers with a surprising amount of privacy
>hiding booze/drugs in instrument cases
>competitions, awards ceremonies
>always hanging around the band room during breaks and free periods
>band director telling you to bring a pencil
>drill books, sets, etc
>all the other wonderful stuff we remember about band
god 10 years and i still miss it
For the people in the thread who aren't 42 years old
I can't be the only one here that watched this cartoon...
can we post nostalgia music?
Anyone play these handheld games? I remember a 101 dalmations one too
>35 inches long
What am I missing
Take your pick
just not the same when youre 28 unemployed and living on moms couch.
ive thought about it over the years and i think honestly it was just the cheerleader effect, a lot of those girls individually meh at best but together for some reason they just amplified each others' cuteness.
>makes hair helmet hard and spiky enough to impale a small animal
OH SHIT NIGGA I had no idea this was on IOS. I've never played this, and always wanted to. Your throwaway comment may well have changed my life for the next 6 months.
You have done WELL today.
>yfw it tasted like shit then but you weren't a permaloser yet
i think so too, now i think more about it, and with what you said
they were all in a group, and it made it more of a conglomerate of cuteness, plus the marching uniforms made them look even cuter!
Homework is a god-tier album, more people then found out about Daft Punk after the release of Aerodynamic, some great tunes there also. Human After All of course received mixed reviews and even though I like Random Access Memories, I believe that Aerodynamic is a better album.
>What am I missing
It's a promotional placard with the T-Rex the same size as the model. Damned thing was huge and heavy. And made before they figured out dinosaurs didn't stand upright like humans.
Used to get dialup connection passwords with this. You know, the good old pretend to be a chick sending me.jpg.exe.
Good times (and free internet)
I kind of did once, in like.. 05 or 06, and that turned out to be a horrible experience. in the end wasn't sure who the fuck I was even talkin to, could well have been a dude. In the end though they lived on the other side of the world, so was easy to just sever them like cancer and that was the end of it.
also was never really a "relationship", just someone I talked to regularly that I thought I liked.
Yeah that program got really good before I stopped doing shit like that, used to use nuke programs too
none of you fuckers know what this is but i'll pos anyway
Alyssa Milano was so fucking hot back then.
MFW I have all the seasons of wishbone on DVD.
pretty sure you're stupid

> Danny thanked them.
> The dog followed John and me to the door.
> In the last example, the pronoun me, together with the proper noun John, forms the object of the verb follow, so you need to use me rather than I.

I played Descent shareware, Cyberia, and snes all throughout my childhood, leading up to high school. Ah the good old days. What about you?
Also, college flute players were cute too!
i never really played a whole lot of games back in the day, in addition to being a clarinetfag i was also really into rock music and tried to throw a band together for a while. im 27 now, havent touched a clarinet in 10 years but still play guitar erryday
Also Habbo back n '03. I miss the old internet, I don't know what it is, but it doesn't feel the same as it used too. I also miss that using the internet back than made you a nerd or a geek and were looked down on.
you know i have to say though. band and ensemble music actually was very helpful in learning how to play and write a song. but yea, im goin to bed man, all the best from clarinetfag
Giraffe Toy... they still make those
I remember being 13 and discovering Daft Punk from watching Toonami.
>tfw everyone called you gay for listening to electronica or as they say "techno"
Now everyone likes Daft Punk
>12 years old, circa 2002
>friend, who plays a shit ton of warcraft 3, does not stop talking about upcoming game world of warcraft
>I think warcraft universe is just dumb
>one day he comes up to me saying he just got into open beta
>go to house,
>download then install game
fucking took 48 hours, thanks obama
>since only 1 account, decide we take turns of 30 mins each
>holy fuck, this is like a warcraft 3 game but in super close up
>proceed to dump my entire teenage years into WoW, not some shitty expansion, just good old lvl 60 wow
yeah, wasted years of my life in that shit. Some hardcore pvp farm to get max pvp rank At that time, you had to be #1 pvp player on server for 4-5 months in a row to get it.
It felt so good to know every dungeon, to do 40 players raids.
Than burning crusade : "Fuck this, i'm out."
>anyone ever have an online girlfriend?
I met my wife online, not on a dating site. I was a webmaster for a media company that ran gaming websites and she was in the IRC channel for one of those sites. I was part of an inter-site chat raid.
She mistook me for someone with a similar handle. This was back in 2001. Married 10 years now.
IRC: good times.
Muh fuggin' childhood mang.
NetBus trojan with WhackAMole.exe "game" was my preferred method.
Running NetBuster was also a giggle. Spoof being infected, mess with people who think they've managed to infect you.
I fucking MISS THE GLORY DAYS!
> pick pictures of steak for Capthca
> lamb cutlet != steak
> fuck Google
When I was a child and went to Doc appointments, these rugs would be there, and I would be so jelly.
yeah, you were what ? like 3-4 year old ?
when you look back at it, it was pretty stupid and useless, just pressing a button and it did some sounds, or roll around.
You never saw it or thougth about it for 30 years, and suddently it's all back. It's still in your brain.
Damn man... Thinking back, that was the best time of my life.
>tfw my first GF was a clarinet player/colorguard. She was hot and gave the BEST bjs.
>hot chocolate at football games in late fall.
>thanksgiving day game
I love you canada for making my childhood great, until you cancelled the show
I kind of remember playing with this in my bath under supervision of my mom, I was probably 2 or 3 yeah, so '82 or '83.
Three friends also had the same reaction to this image after showing them.
I believe there's no late 70s/early 80s kids that never played with this.
I still remember how it dings.
SOMEHOW the fucking spam filter thinks that the text in the image is spam. It was created for niggers by niggers. So yeah, my post is in screenshot format.
Ahahah fuck. I was around 16, used to watch this with my little bro. Pretty fucking hilarious stuff though. What was this show called again? All I remember from it was Devil Finger and Bendy Wendy
i remember lego, in an earlier thread I posted my lego collection that is still sitting in my closet.
The Banana Split show.
That tune. Those visuals.
Ah, thanks man.
I just used to keep mine in one massive container and spend like 20 minutes searching for the part I needed every time
>Tfw my mother wouldn't get me those little plastic tubs
Fuck yeah! Used to love playing that on the Atari 2600
I used to mix my pee with water in those and squirt all the girls in my apartment complex square while we played outside until the sun went down, and then go inside and watch Boy Meets World while i ate super Mario 3 graham crackers and those juice barrels
If you where born in the late 70´s you´ll remember these
It had a elemental hologram in the belly
