Every single guy, with the partial exception of Punk (but only partial), NEEDED someone like Heyman to give them legitimacy and get them over. And NONE of them, with the exception of Punk, had what it took to get super over and be on Lesnar's level. And while Punk possibly could, the Punk/Heyman combo just wasn't a good fit for a guy like Punk. It'd be like having Heyman manage SCSA or Rocky. It's not necessary and if anything makes the talent look a bit worse for needing him
On the other hand, Lesnar and Asuka's talent is so high above everyone else, having Heyman just elevates them from GOAT-tier to God-tier status, rather than "hey guys, this guy is good because Heyman is managing him! please care about him and cheer/boo! It's Heyman managing him after all! pleasseeee!!!"
