For the first time ever, the main event 100% justified the 5 and a half hour slog up to it. Usually by the main event I'm just tired, but I will never not mark out for Brock, Joe, and Strowman (and even Roman when he's not weebing out).

It's not that those matches weren't good it's that they didn't have any big spots to justify being on a big 4 show. You can argue that Shane shouldn't have taken any spots as ref but you cannot argue that Owens shouldn't have built a tower of chairs and then been thrown through it. You cannot argue that they couldn't have built towards Owens vs Shane by having Owens put Shane through a table after the match.
