Kennyfriends need to relax. If Kenny is for real about his "changing the world", then he's going to resign with New Japan in 2018. He'll be locked in for some years again and he'll undoubtedly win the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. If this happens he's going to have a HUGE feud with Naito. It'll be even better than Okada/Omega. The seeds for this feud were planted in last years G1 and continued into this year. And they will do HUGE business because both Naito, LOS, Kenny, and BC are the most over things in NJPW within Japan and worldwide.

Don't forget he's US Champion. Which is NJPW symbolically putting their expansion ambitions around Kenny's waist to grow their brand in the US. They have a lot invested in Kenny. But they don't want to blow everything on him at once and have him leave.
