I know it has a continue watching section if you stop half way through.
If there's shit you haven't watched you'll know someone else is using it.
If not then it's probably wwe seeing that it's being used on multiple devices and assuming you're sharing it which is bullshit.

Try calling them and asking who's using it I guess.
I'm not sure how it works. Obviously they can't complain if your watching it on multiple devices but technically you could give your log in to everyone, dunno how they tell the difference unless you're using it at the same time.

It is. Its the same with Netflix, most people are retarded when it comes to proper passwords. It was like this when AOL was popular too, lots of people just used phished accounts.
