Ladder match. I've always wondered what it would be like to see if they could just quickly climb the ladder. Plus the strap looks to be about 11 feet in the air. I figure some guys might be able to reach up there and grab it.

In a 1 on 1 shoot fight, 99% of all possible gimmick matches would end shortly after one guy gets KO'd, since the goal of nearly every gimmick match is "incapacitate your opponent long enough to do X"

Obviously any multi man match would look ridiculous as a shoot, regardless of gimmick

Personally I wouldn't mind seeing a mma fight under ironman rules, where submissions and tkos are tallied up as a score for a full 5 rounds unless one guy can't or won't continue
