Who else watches wrestling for the entrances and promos and mutes/skips the matches here?
I watch wrestling on my second monitor with no sound while I'm doing other stuff
I look at the screen maybe every 20 to 30 seconds

Does this picture remind anyone else of Pat?
>>2975876
Me
I also watch porn for the non sex scenes
depends if the match has any purpose
I would rather kill myself than watch a 20 min match between Sami ZZZZayn and Cesaro with nothing on the line

I don't think anyone over the age of 18 cares about fake fighting abilities

Entrances, finishes, promos when they aren't 30mins hhh shite. Everything else is filler.
I really do think the actual matches are overplayed in importance. Matches are not the end all be all of wrestling. Interviews and angles are just as important and sadly those fave been forgotten for Spot-Fu.
The "hype" or the "build" to get to a match is probably the best part about wrestling or really anything. That's where you get excited and start imagining different scenarios. For most things in life, the real fun is in the chase of something and that's how it is in wrestling too. Once you get something, whether it be an item or a wrestling match, your taste has already been satisfied. But that hunger for it is what drives people to buy tickets.
Wrestling right now is sadly being determined by people who just started watching it and have zero to base their opinions off of instead of people who have been watching for decades.

So the fun isn't in the hype in wrestling?
If you want to see a hype only approach be successful, look no fruther than Conor/Floyd. Both are going to pull in $100 million dollars for a likely shitty fight that is all going to be based on hype.

Fellow E Drone here! I enjoy my 45 minute segments sprinkled with some old day and this is your life baeley skits!
>>2975876
Me but i will watch match between compelling and believable performers I enjoy like Reigns and Strowman.
Owens, Zayn, Balor, Seth, Ambrose etc. matches all get skipped

WWE promos are mind numbingly boring. Why the fuck would anyone watch those?
>>2976471
>a "fight" that is going to absolutely suck
Get worked mark, give that dancing wifebeater's bank account another $50
Imagine paying for a fight you know will suck dick, utter fucking state of e-Drones

This guy dresses like Cena

It is going to suck and I'm not paying for it, but they are doing pro wrestling better than pro wrestling is and are going to make more in 1 night than any wrestler ever will.
There's a reason nobody gives a shit about random raw matches, there's no meaning to them. Winning or losing doesn't change shit. This is the same way with these indy supershows. Any dumbass can book Ricochet vs Lio Rush, but few are skilled enough to put a storyline behind it to mean something.

>but they are doing pro wrestling better than pro wrestling is
WWE isn't pro wrestling
>>2976461
>he needs soap opera melodrama
Why would I otherwise care about two guys having a fake fight? Wrestling is supposed to be about the drama, characters and storylines

>Why would I otherwise care about two guys having a fake fight? Wrestling is supposed to be about the drama, characters and storylines
Exactly. There's no build-up or consequences.
>>2976567
>drama, characters and storylines
This is not synonymous with "Soap Opera Melodrama"
>Wrestling is supposed to be about-
So why watch WWE since it doesn't have any?
