Not really. Reigns is the tippy top of power levels and Owens held his ground better than most Reigns opponents. Owens basically buried Seth even with Seth being booked stronger. The Goldberg shit was Goldberg shit that never even made sense since the bell rang after Jericho came out. The only time Owens looked week was when they fed him to Nakamura for a month straight recently.
Even back when they did that Roman All vs 1 match. Roman easily beat a couple heels and then stalled when he got to Owens. Owens kept his ass parked in the center of the ring while yelling "I'm the guy". Reigns didn't even beat him if I remember right. He rolled out after getting speared and the rest of the heels jumped in at once. Owens is consistently booked as being one of the toughest heels for Reigns to face. He's a top guy and he's 31 so expect him to main event Wrestlemania within 5 years.
