They're about as good as Dean, but Dean going to Raw opens up all sorts of Shield possibilities (which they're starting now), so that's a huge gain for them. And taking Wyatt away from SDL also destroys Rowan and Harper.
Whichever way you look at it, SDL lost the shakeup by a wide margin.
