See if you did watch you would know they do comedy stuff all the time, Toru Yano is basically NJPW's Santino and is constantly fucking with his opponents. The Elite is always doing comedy spots in their tag matches. The Taka Michinoku vs Taichi match from this past BOTJ was fucking hilarious. NJPW has a good balance of comedy and drama and doesn't go overboard with either.
