That running powerbomb looks impressive but watch it again. The run adds nothing to the impact, Dean has spread out his body as much as he can, Rollins takes a lot of the impact in his legs and the fall is, when you watch it again, slow, like really slow, but its painted as a big slam really well.

All that combined, the impact would probably equate to Dean lazily falling backwards. Sure, its still gonna hurt a little but not as much as they make it look.
