Cena. But unlike others who use directly their burial power, Cena did his burying by being nonchalant about others. He has the voice, but he don't use it. He knows he will stay on top no matter what, but he doesn't give a shit about other guys who won't benefit him in any form.

People tend to forget how ruthless he is in the backstage politics no thanks to Roman being the decoy.

Shawn buried people backstage but could make anyone look like a million bucks in the ring.

Austin refused to job to certain people outright. He also made everyone look weak as shit, clearing a ring full of 300 lb giants.

Triple H was circumstantial and most likely had to do with Vince wanting him to go over the WCW guys. He always made guys look good in the ring aside from the WCW guys and the rumors of politicking are pretty much washed up, bitter wrestlers from the 80's and 90's.

Undertaker made most midcard and up guys look good but had a habit of dominating the entire match. Only guys he ever truly put over was Austin, Rock, and Brock.

In terms of his own specific spot on the roster, nobody was his peer. Hogan and Austin were his superiors in many ways but everybody forgets what Taker brought to the table in the WWF/WWE for the sake of ''no dimes'' trolling. And that's all gone with Taker retired, but we will see if it's a good thing or not down the road.

Mick Foley, he made Rock and Triple H into top guys, and did great jobs for Austin and Taker too. But out of TOP, TOP guys, The Rock for sure.

- ate 3/3 Mania main event title losses in a row (including 2 as the babyface, including dropping the belt twice to the same guy). Could you imagine Haitch or Austin doing the same thing?

- the decision was reversed each time, but Rock made Benoit look really good by getting pinned by him twice, and putting him over in the matches themselves well.

- put over Kurt Angle by dropping the belt to him (obv it wasn't clean because Rock was the face and Angle the up and coming heel, but he still did the business and made Angle look good)

- ate the pin in the 6 man Hell in a Cell, letting Angle cover him - again, could you imagine Haitch or Austin eating the pin in this match?

- next year did the same for Jericho as he did for Angle, drops the 'World' title to him, and makes him look good in that feud

- let Brock Lesnar go over him with authority

- let Goldberg go over him for the company's 2003 plans

- he also got the worst by far of the long feud with Triple H. Took every loss in a big match. Lost Summerslam 98. Lost Fully Loaded 99. Lost WrestleMania(!) 2000. Lost the Iron Man match at JD 00. Only has the Backlash victory (which Trips avenged 1 month later) and a 99 Over the Edge victory (which Trips avenged 2 months later). When Rock came out of the 2000 feud with the belt, he had to pin Vince in that awful contrived match for it.

The only guys he didn't put were Booker T (but that's because of the whole shitty Invasion booking where Vince made the whole thing WWF guys v WWF guys), and Billy Gunn. But I doubt he went around politicking to keep them held down. He simply won those matches. I guess he had to win some matches, seeing as he was eating so many losses to all his peers.

Oh and he also sold offense more than his peers.
