I used to wrestle at a local indy fed before having to quit because my work schedule changed, but I can confirm this is true in every sense of the word.

It's easier for a 6'5" 300lb monster to save spots with a 5'5" 120lb girl and keep her safe than any of the other girls she's working with. The only problem they ever had was guys would sometime hesitate or hold back and make spots look like shit because they WERE girls and they didn't want to hurt them.
