Stop trying to get over without paying your dues. You should debut as the heel who steals people's lunches, and then put someone over in a streetfight in the office parking lot. But then tell the boss about it, and get him fired. You'll draw mega heat for that. Then you want to chokeslam your boss, and get into a feud with him, where you go over as an underdog.
