I'd argue that either Evolve or ROH are the number 2 company in the US because Impact's viewership is in the shitter and they still run out of Universal Studios, where the fans get in for free. Meanwhile ROH and Evolve travel all over the country, and have more notoriety than ever.

I don't even watch gook shit nor did I watch that gook PPV but I can guarantee it wasn't anywhere near as bad as MITB was.

Except for the final MITB match it was complete shit from start to finish. I wouldn't be surprised if TNA's last PPV was better as well, considering how shit this one was.
