I don't think you understand what WWE lost with taker being gone.
He was over to the point that a lot of guys got a boost or got over just by being in a feud with him. Hell, even if they didn't get a win, you could get a lot of attention just by looking strong against him. Working a program with the Undertaker used to be the filter between main event ans mid-card. (Until they started abusing this idea every WM)
Jeff Hardy is a perfect example of this.

Wrong. His matches had no meaning, no rhyme or reason and left every opponent in limbo the following month because there was no conclusion, no closure. It was just what it always was to people with a brain.
