Great American Bash 89' and 90 - 89 is always talked about as one of the best, and 90 is the Classic Sting vs Flair for the gold
Wrestlewar 92 - Probably the best work from Paul E and the Dangerous Alliance, which included Stunning Steve Austin and Ravishing Rick Rude. A few really great matches in that one, too.
Halloween Havoc 97 and 98 - The height of WCW/NWO during the MNW, these had some fantastic cruiserweight matches, including Rey vs Eddie at 97, one of the greatest matches ever, while 98 had probably Goldberg's best match ever vs DDP (the one that the feed cut out on), and one of the worst matches of all time in Hogan vs Warrior. It's so bad that it's a must watch.
