Time to get a concensus on /asp/, are you for PRO WRASSLIN or SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT?
I am for attitude era level segments (even if thats still trash TV) and ruthless aggresion era in-ring work

>all the wrestlers end up Benoited, Guerreroed, or Austined from the excess workload of having both skits and ring work to be excessively violent

Sports Entertainment is objectively better.
Sports Entertainment is dead. What's old will always become new again and pro wrestling is coming back.
Angles & Characters > "Great wrestling"

Why not both?
>>2725354
Because that wasn't the discussion pinhead
Sports entertainment. A match like Hogan vs Rock is better than any tokyko dome flippy fest by a mile. If you want to see wrestling go watch the olympics.

Pro Wrestling will always be more based and not cringe like "le sports entertainment". If you disagree then you are a certified babby E drone.
>>2724365
Russo and Cornette are both faggots
Sports entertainment will always be a draw and not be a bingo hall like *le pro wrestling". If you disagree then you are a certified babby obese smark.

>still forcing stupid terms like a retard
Cringe

Hey sometimes it's not flippy, sometimes its dudes stiffing each other and dropping each other on their heads.
>>2724365
I'm pro wrestling. Pageantry and in-ring product is most important to me.

I want pro wrestling. I want jobbers, belts that matter, and a champion that is nearly invincible. Brock should hold the title until he dies.
I'm starting to think I'm not for both and maybe leaning towards puroresu.
Sports entertainment killed wrestling
Attitude era the boys were still calling it pro wrestling. Ruthless Aggression is when the main event guys were conditioned to call it sports entertainment and it all went downhill from there
